Chey has vast knowledge of all of the North Scottsdale communities... the pros, cons and ins-and-outs. He does his homework so that you can make feel good about the decision you are making and home you are purchasing. He also has a solid handle on the process and in our case we needed to move ultra fast in order to secure the home and not lose out on a gem. He never missed a bit and worked diligently with the selling agent to get us the best price and terms. The interesting thing is that I know he has a lot going on but he makes you feel like you are his only client...responsiveness and service are top notch.
