Golf Membership
- Equity Golf Membership Initiation Frees: Market base pricing – Members set the value of their membership to be sold.
- Monthly dues: $995.00
- Includes: Unlimited golf privileges and use of all social facilities for the member, spouse and unmarried children under 24 years old.
Junior Golf Membership
- Non-Equity Junior Membership Fees: $25,000
- Monthly Dues: $660.00 subject to availability
- Includes: Unlimited golf privileges and use of all social facilities for the member, spouse and unmarried children under 24 years old.
- Payment Schedule is made over 4 years with $10,000 the first year and $5,000 on the remaining years.
- Available to prequalified individuals or family’s ages 21-39, oldest of applicants must be primary member
- At age 40, the Junior Member must upgrade to a full golf membership and pay the difference between the $25,000 and the lowest price available Golf Membership upon availability OR may be converted to a Sports Social or Clubhouse Membership.
Sport Social Membership
- Initiation Fee: $17,500
- Monthly Dues: Family $585.00 / Single $439.00
- Receive unlimited tee times and guest privileges from June – December, January – May
- Members receive a maximum of six rounds per a family member. Sports Social Members pay a reduced greens fee per round. Practice facilities can be used year round.
- Tee times can be made 4 days and advance and are restricted on weekend mornings and holidays during peak season.
- All social facilities use is unlimited including activities in the Clubhouse, swimming pool, and fitness room and tennis courts.
- This is a non-equity membership
The Clubhouse Membership
- Initiation Fee $5,000
- Monthly Dues: Family $400. –Single $300.
- Includes unlimited use of all social facilities, activities in the Clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness room and tennis, this membership excludes golf
- This is a non-equity membership
Family Privileges
- All Membership privileges extend to the member, spouse, and unmarried children under the age of 24.
Fees and Charges
- Food Minimum: $1,000 annually
- Cart Fee: $25 pp + tax (18 holes) pp + tax (8 holes)
- Guest Green Fees November-May: $160 Inclusive November – May, $45 inclusive June-October
- Immediate Family Guest Fee: $90 Inclusive November – May, $45 inclusive June-October
- Sports/Social Greens Fees: $90 Inclusive November – May, $45 inclusive June-October
- Locker Fee: $150. per person a year
- Club Storage Fee: $160. per person a year
- Discount Golf Guest Fee Days: Mondays and Wednesdays
- Tennis Guest Fee: Twice a month complimentary – thereafter, $10. Inclusive November – May, $5 inclusive June-October
